Is Appointly free to use?
Yes, registration is completely free. Clients pay no platform fees. Providers can use the platform on a pay-as-you-go basis or subscribe to reduce transaction fees.
How do deposits work?
Deposits are held securely by the platform. If the appointment goes ahead or the client cancels late, the provider gets the funds. If the provider cancels or the client cancels early, the client gets a full refund.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes. If you cancel outside the provider's cancellation window (e.g. 24 hours), you get a full refund. Provider cancellations always trigger a full refund instantly.
Is it secure?
We partner with Stripe for all payment processing. We never store your card details. Plus, our dispute resolution process protects both parties from fraud.
